Lovely spacious clean room, comfortable bed, decent facilities.
Breakfast items had run low but it was a busy morning and I went at peak times.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything worked well with large car park. Food and drinks available with large Harvester also adjacent for a bigger menu. Full buffet breakfast and parking included. Just off the M1 but not noisy. Good value.
Very busy at peak breakfast time so had to wait a short while for a table to come available.. No bread rolls for advertised breakfast baps but everything else available from menu and kept topped up by staff. Room on top floor so took a while for shower to run hot and pressure not great.

Breakfast was good. Lots of options and was well presented.
Our experience unfortunately got off to a bad start with the receptionist who although we arrived early made us wait over an hour. My wife is disabled and when I asked for a ground floor room she told me we would have to wait for one to be cleaned. Then later when I questioned this she said the duty manager had to pass the room before we could enter. I have stayed at this hotel for many years but this is the last time. The rest of the staff were good and the food was good.
