It was very close to the Airport, the beds were very comfortable, the room has a nice size refrigerator, the host was very accommodating and arranged our ride to the airport for us.

The property is brand new, some furniture is still in plastic. Location is right near the airport, about 5 minutes drive. About 20 minutes drive to Mayon Volcano. There is a little kitchen area, a table, good new AC.
The power went off few times. Will be great to have a kettle set.

Proximity to the airport
Not clean. Cockroaches crawled on me while I was sleeping. I had to ask the gasoline boy where my room was. There was no office/desk. I was led to my room but was not given keys. The bucket to to fill water to bathe was dirty.
