Beautiful setting! We loved the easy access to the ocean and walking path at Fiscalini Ranch. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful and the layout of the house is ideal for multiple family groups. The hosts were so welcoming — so friendly and a joy to deal with. Only recommendation — it would have been nice to have access to a hair dryer or perhaps a specification that one is not available.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sherwood House was an excellent place for our family gathering. The major reason was the proximity to the beach just a short walk down the street. Our family all enjoy time at the beach during the day or at sunset. The home was perfect with BR for all with bath. The light modern decor was an upbeat living environment. The well equipped kitchen was important as we prepared most meals. Breen magement also was very accommodating that allowed a family member to join-in on the fun prior to deploying to a European military base for 2yrs.
