There was no breakfast at this apartment, which was fine. The location was great. It was very walkable to stores and restaurants.
Some of the blinds were inoperable and there was quite a bit of ambient light at night. Since some of the blinds were inoperable, and there were lights on the building that shone in the windows at night, it was impossible to block the light. Also, since there were 3 of us and there was only 1 key fob, we had to coordinate who was coming and going.

The apartment was clean and very spacious. Mitten team was very responsive to messages and texts and quickly addressed an issue with the stove without any fuss. Parking was very convenient being right underneath the building. They also provided more than enough soaps and detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher which was a nice plus.
Where the apartment is located is not far from some train tracks that are active at night, so light sleepers may have trouble. Building itself is a little old but nothing serious. Also the handling of early check-in requests could have been better.
