The staff is who made our stay. Emilio, Syd and CJ were so wonderful to us. Showed us around the neighborhood, recommended attractions, always made sure we were comfortable and had plenty of things to do.
The construction was loud, but that's out of their control. There was a large flood that took place a few weeks before we arrived. That being said, I'm excited to come back next year to see the place after all the renovations have been completed!

I like the property was in a very loaded location. Meaning, that it was surrounded by plenty of restaurants and stores, etc.
I do feel that something could have been done a bit better. The two people that I would like to congratulate are Carlos and Krista in housekeeping. They do everything they can to make sure that everything is done properly. Way to go guys.!!!!!

The foyer. With music games and food for entertainment ; it was a vibe I’m use to in Chicago . You didn’t disappoint
Those steps leading into the dormitory . I’ve never been in a hostel and it was shocking the number of steps you had to go through. Fortunately, the owner’s ( manager) was ready to help me. I’m disabled and I was tired not able to wash decently; a bit taxed. So I was in a mood, lol
