The house was very clean, cozy and welcoming. It felt very much like staying at a B&B. The rental manager was easy to communicate with via text message and shared all of the instructions I needed to access the property easily. Within walking distance of the Bronzeville metro station and some great restaurants. I had a delicious omelette at Truth on Pershing.
They require a security deposit via zelle or venmo, which wasn't immediately clear from the listing, but I did receive instructions after booking. I respect them wanting to protect their property from those who don't treat the B&B like their own home.

Very nice place, just as seen in the photos. Very well located in the south side of the city. Clean and quiet, allowing for a good rest. It's close to the subway and bus, making it easy to get to downtown Chicago. The hosts were very friendly and helped us a lot with our stay.
There is no TV in the room.

The Guest house had a nice interior, the bedroom was a decent enough size.
The curfew with the television, we came for our 1 year Wedding Anniversary, we were out most of the time, but it would've been nice to have been able to watch TV in our room.
