Opinie

The unit was clean and comfortable, but we would not stay here again for reasons mentioned below.

We rated this unit fair, but would not stay here again. Here are the good points: The unit was clean, the beds comfortable, and the towels were nice, the location was about a 20 min drive to the Mexican border town, Algodonnes, which was handy.

We rated it fair, for the following reasons: the pots and pans were not useable as they were all teflon coated and scratched to the point we were not comfortable using them other than boiling an egg, therefore we could not cook meals here. We would suggest some new cookware, a kettle, and a few well-placed hooks throughout the unit. The kitchen was old and dated, even though other areas of the unit had some updates. The ice maker was not working. The property manager did respond with a few essentials, such a dish cloths, drying towels, and a few extra dishes. The washing machine, outdoors on the patio, drained into the ground overflowing onto the patio. It was ok, but a little strange. Also, it was our mistake, thinking since the unit was listed as no pets, that the whole complex was as well, however, smaller dogs were barking off and on in the surrounding units. The units’s patio was dirty, old worn-out carpet and of-course wet areas when the washing machine drained. We didn’t use the area at all. The pool area was unkept; although the pool looked clean, the lounge chairs were worn, and the cushions were ripped and dirty, very different from the pictures shown in the listing.

I would stay again if I had to.

I loved the stay. It was like coming to your own home. The kids loved the space and the comfortable beds.

It could use a little extra love with cleaning under the couch and the sides of the toilet. Needs a good dusting and mopping.

Exceptional

Wonderful place. Beautiful, comfortable, had everything we needed for my family of 6. Kids had a great time and never wanted to leave.

The beds were so comfortable. Loved the little back patio. Beautiful place. Pool was fun too
