Well located for us to family. Bed very comfortable.
Road was noisy and blinds allowed street lighting into the room.

Very nice size shower, sustainable toilet paper, comfortable bed, selection of board games.
Accommodation is not sea side, very steep stairs to climb with heavy luggage, crumbs on placements on kitchen table, lip marks and very wet glassware in the cupboard, dirty splash back at kitchenette, damaged tv stand, very uncomfortable futon lounge to sit on in front of tv, unable to watch a show on tv due to constant signal interruptions, no access to garage below, street parking only and most of all, could not check in until 3pm but had to leave by 9am.
