Está a pie de calle y a ambos lados hay restaurantes por lo que se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle y de los locales

We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Lake Como . It was beautifully appointed and presented, spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The jacuzzi bath was a wonderful bonus. It was peaceful and relaxing whilst being just 5 min walk from the water and ferries. It was close to everything we wanted to see and just a 12min walk from the St Giovanni train station Our host was very friendly, welcoming, and great at communicating. The meal in the adjoining Lo Storico restaurant was exceptional with professional and attentive staff. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable - we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future!

The reviews we had read were accurate - but even they didn’t prepare us for how wonderful our stay would be. Everything was stylish, comfortable and beautifully presented, with high-quality kitchen appliances and thoughtful accessories. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, with lovely welcome treats, and the location could hardly be better - right in the heart of Como. Step outside the front gate and you are immediately surrounded by the energy of the city, with an abundance of wonderful restaurants, cafés and shops right on your doorstep. We especially enjoyed being able to open all the windows and listen to the happy laughter and chatter of people passing by. Close the shutters, however, and the atmosphere becomes wonderfully calm and serene. The excellent televisions were an added bonus, giving us plenty of choice when it came to relaxing with our favourite media. Right next door is the exclusive Restaurant Lo Storico, beautifully run by the owners and presented in the same exquisite style as the accommodation. Its discreet entrance is so understated that we almost didn’t realise it was there. The signature dish, excellent wine selection and beautifully prepared food, sourced exclusively from Italy, were exceptional. The fresh vegetables brought from the owners’ land further north were particularly memorable. Mery and Nick are outstanding hosts. Their attention to detail, management, presentation and genuine kindness are evident in everything they do, and this warmth is reflected in their wonderful staff. What a gem of a place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.
