4. Swamp Rabbit Trail- A beautiful trail that takes you into the heart of the city, and runs for miles! Enjoy bike rides, runs, or a stroll with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Excellent stay, we travel to Greenville often and usually rent at a hotel. We decided to change it up this time and rent a loft/condo. Centrally located in our favorite area, we were able to enjoy downtown and have a great, spacious place to come back to. Will rent again.

The only thing that wasn't great was the noise from the restaurant early in the morning. It wasn't all the time, but it should be mentioned. It was mentioned in the material given to us, but we didn't expect it early in the morning. We will definitely stay there again though.

The unit was easy to find, entry was a breeze, and it looks just like the photos. It’s a beautiful space in a great location, and we really enjoyed being right in downtown Greenville.That said, we did have a few stressful hiccups. Upon arrival, the bathroom toilet tank plumbing split during the first use and sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom flooded, and we had to use many towels to soak it up. My husband, daughter, and I were caught in the chaos and got completely soaked. To management’s credit, Garrett responded quickly and had a plumber out within a couple of hours to make the repair.As far as noise — yes, it’s the downtown bar area, and we expected some. Thursday, Friday and Sunday were fine, just the usual bar let-out sounds. Saturday night, however, was extreme. From 1:30–3:30am the street was packed with people partying loudly. Eight Harleys parked directly beneath the living room window revved nonstop for hours while blasting music. Police eventually arrived around 3am with sirens and loudspeakers to disperse the crowd. It may have been an unusual night, but it was very disruptive.In addition, the extra bed was missing proper bedding — no pillows and no fresh blanket were provided, which made it difficult to use.
