The location is great and the hacienda concept
Could improve cleanliness, there was black mold in my bathroom also the front desk lady was not nice. I decided to book another hotel for my next night

We really liked the location: the hotel was right in the center of Mérida, and everything was within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, and we were provided with clean towels every day. The front desk staff was very helpful when we needed to book a taxi at the last minute because the one we had reserved was running late.
The bathroom was a bit small and there was mold on the ceilings, we shared one toilet for 5 people. We should've booked a second room but for 2 days it was manageable. However they did have a common toilet in the lobby that we could use.

Good location near the center of town. Nice colonial style. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
Furnishings were a bit basic. No bedside table.
