Very reasonable cost and accurate photos.
Courtyard needed lots of cosmetic improvements. Very easy to hear people walking above us.

Great location, clean, easy to access, great hosts
Thin walls, can hear everything but wasn’t a huge deal as we were out most of the day

very cozy little apartment. Perfect for what my wife and I needed for an overnight stay in Dallas to see a concert. Had a concern about a neighboring dog that howled for the 2 hours we were there before we left for the show. I messaged the owner and the issue was resolved by the time we returned for the night. I will definitely book here again for our next trip to Dallas.
My only negative is the walls are really thin so you hear everything outside, next door and upstairs. This did not prevent us from getting a good night's sleep and will not be a deal breaker for future visits.
