Very cozy and original. Short distance to the concert that we went to.
People upstairs were very noisy and heavy footed

Everything was perfect
The smell when i walked in at first then I went away

It was clear the decor was updated. Recently painted, items on the walls and counters. The exterior of the building looked decent.
The floor is poor quality with weak spots under the vinyl planks. The floor dips under your weight. The tub/shower did not work well. The water pressure was poor. The huge, heavy iron gate at the entrance tells you the neighborhood is not great if the drive didn’t.
