Newina Rotorua

Very close to everything nice and comfortable and clean.

Our in room spa was great! The pool was awesome, clean and a good size. The actual motel grounds were tidy, bed was comfy and we loved the location. Linen was clean, fresh towels etc each day

The fact that it said no smoking and then the smoking area was right outside our room, this should be shared with people so they can make informed choices. We even saw a man smoking in his room while there so not sure you should be claiming it’s smoke free venue. The room was tidy but had lots of cobwebs both inside and out. A hassle that the gym area and sauna isn’t just open, without needing to sort an additional key. Door frame in our room was broken.

It was nice and new and very tidy

I liked everything

Missing basics like dish cloth , tea towel Sky wouldn’t work , helpful staff member couldn’t resolve either Parking confusing , someone else in our allocated spot for the whole duration ( with no permit on dash )
