For the bay tree complex I would have pointed adamantly about the 40 stairs you have to climb to get to you room. Had we know we would not have stayed there. You can definitely BOAST BIG TIME ABOUT THE BALCONY VIEW !!!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodations were fine and the air conditioner worked great. I don’t think the pool was ever cleaned while we were there and it was dirty and not full of water.
