Excellent staff. Superb location.
Eating and drinking are expensive. E.g. 12 SF for 2 orangeades? Restaurant is excellent but again pricey. The shower head was broken. This should be picked up in routine maintenance. Also, the shower was not safe. No rails. Slippery. In the room, there were no proper curtains. The nets at the windows didn’t keep the light out of the room. The noise from outside drinking and eating went on far too late into the evening.

What a fabulous, elegant property. The food, the staff, the decor… and wow, the location!
There was no lift and we had heavy luggage.

Super comfortable bedroom with an incredible lake view.
The staff is super friendly, special thanks to Madame Anita who went above and beyond to help us!
The restaurant is also delicious, we'll definitely come back.

The property was clean and the location excellent
It’s not a 4 star hotel, you don’t even get a bath robe or turn down service. The common areas are dark, dingy and unkempt. The restaurant and bar is not part of the hotel so you can’t charge anything to your room.
