The property was in a perfect location to explore the old city. The architecture and decor were stunning

A stylish and very well-kept place in a central Tbilisi location. The breakfast was excellent, especially the Eggs Benedict, and both the room and bathroom were impressively clean. Good quality shampoo and shower gel were provided, and free public parking directly in front of the hotel was usually available. The balcony and windows were a real plus.
The main downside is the location itself: central Tbilisi can be noisy at night, and the windows are not soundproof, so a loud groupd of people outside at 3 a.m. and some street dogs were heard clearly.

Excellent beds, pillows, towels, sheets. Big, spacious room. Shower is nice and strong, good pressure and temperature. The decoration is elegant and modern. Everything is super clean. Location is great.
Next time there is water on the floor next to the steps between the reception and the front desk, put a sign warning your guests. And if someone slips and falls, at least offer help instead of just looking.
Earplugs may be required for light sleepers as cars drive by with their music on during the weekends, but I guess that is everywhere in this part of Tbilisi.

Lovely location and overall nice stay. Well designed interior.
Compared to other properties at similar price per night the room didn’t have the attention to detail that I would have expected. No showstoppers but little things like no outlets on one side of the room, lights that weren’t plugged in, and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet so couldn’t cast.
