We offer a very beautiful, newly renovated 78 m² vacation rental in a historic villa on a former estate in Kiel/Schönkirchen.
It features a spacious living room with sleeping accommodations for 4 on high-quality sofa beds, covering approximately 38 m². One bedroom with a double bed, approximately 16 m². Bathroom (8 m²) with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped
. In the house’s garden, there is a large terrace with space for relaxing, barbecuing, and more. A large garden offers plenty of room for children to play
. TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a parking space (2 spaces for groups of 4 or more), and bicycle storage are available.

By car, you can reach the beautiful beaches in Mönkeberg, Heikendorf, Laboe, Stein, Heidkate, Brasilien, Kalifornien, Schönberg, and many more in just a few minutes.
There is a bus stop right in front of the property, offering connections to downtown Kiel and the many beaches.
A 5-minute walk away, you can take the regional/museum train from the Oppendorf
station to downtown Kiel or, in the other direction, to the Baltic Sea resort of Schönberg.
By bike, you can explore the beautiful Baltic Sea coast, the Probstei region, and the Schwentine River on dirt paths through natural surroundings.

At the mouth of the Schwentine, there’s a rental service for rowboats and canoes. From there, you can also take a sightseeing cruise up the river on a small boat. For longer trips, you can rent canoes for 2 to 4 people from us. Upon request, we also offer a drop-off and pick-up service for our guests and the boat. A boat ramp for launching the canoes you rent from us is just a 5-minute walk away.
From there, you can explore the Schwentine River all the way to Plön or even the Kiel Fjord by boat.

You can rent bicycles, SUP boards, canoes (plus pickup/drop-off service), and Vespa scooters from us.
The rental includes a daily flat rate of 3 kWh of electricity and 0.15 m³ of water.
Any additional consumption will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.
A flat-rate security deposit of 240 is required for this.
We charge a flat fee of 65€ for final cleaning.

Within a short distance (800m), you’ll find shopping options such as Aldi, Rewe, and Famila, as well as restaurants, doctors, banks, and more.
Guests greatly appreciate the convenient location between downtown Kiel and the Baltic Sea beaches.

Kiel does not charge a visitor’s tax.
