We offer a very beautiful 138 m² vacation apartment for up to 8 people in the former coachman’s quarters on a historic estate in Kiel/Schönkirchen. This is the coachman’s quarters listed here, expanded to include 2 additional bedrooms on the upper floor. When booking for 4 people, a second bedroom is added; for 6 or more people, a third bedroom is added.
When booking for 8 people, a sleeper sofa is available in a combined living room/bedroom.
It features a 25 m² living/bedroom with sleeping space for 2 people, and a bedroom with a double bed measuring approximately 13 m².
This is the coachman’s apartment also listed here, expanded to include two additional bedrooms on the upper floor. For bookings of 4 people, a second bedroom is added; for 6 or more people, a third bedroom is added.
A 13 m² living/dining room with a large dining table, and an 8 m² bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
In front of the living room, adjacent to a large front yard, there is a terrace of approximately 25 m² with space for relaxing, barbecuing, etc.
TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are provided.

The daily rental rate includes a flat rate for 5 kWh of electricity and 0.25 m³
Any additional consumption will be
billed after the rental period ends.
A flat-rate security deposit of €240 is required for this, which will be refunded immediately upon checkout, if applicable.
By car, you can reach the beautiful beaches in Mönkeberg, Heikendorf, Laboe, Stein, Heidkate, Brasilien, Kalifornien, Schönberg, and many more in just a few minutes.
There is a bus stop right in front of the property, offering connections to downtown Kiel and the many beaches.
A 5-minute walk from the Schönkirchen
train station takes you to the regional/museum train, which will take you to downtown Kiel or, in the other direction, to the Baltic Sea resort of Schönberg.
By bike, you can explore the beautiful Baltic Sea coast, the Probstei region, and the Schwentine River on dirt paths through natural surroundings.

You can rent bicycles, SUP surfboards, canoes (plus delivery/pickup service), and Vespa scooters from us.

Kiel does not charge a visitor’s tax.
