It’s been newly renovated, central in the old town and above a supermarket - could not have been more handy.

There was an iron but no ironing board

Très bel accueil en personne. La chambre est charmante et le très grand lit bien confortable. Les boiseries au plafond donnent du style à la chambre. Un seul petit bémol, et le même s’applique à la plupart des logements près de la mer: le bas des murs de la douche et les scellants mériteraient d’être refaits mais cela n’empêche pas la propreté d’être au rendez-vous. Je retournerai sans hésitation à cet hôtel avantageusement situé dans la vieille ville de Chania. Merci pour votre accueil.

You cannot beat the location!! The rooms are modern and clean and comfortable. Internet was great and it was nice to have Netflix.. John was always helpful with recommendations and at our service when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here. My favourite restaurant was cul de sac

No free parking. You need to pay at the lot next door.

The location was great, and the rooms spacious.

That there was no reception or human interaction to start with, feels impersonal. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily and when it was cleaned, the bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly at all, the showers could be revamped, they are old. The most disappointing is that as a boutique hotel: should babies and young children be allowed. We were woken early hours of the morning by a group of families travelling together and rented 3 of the 6 rooms, who had their room doors open and kids screaming. It felt like we were all in the same room and not what you expect from an expensive boutique hotel. Also we were not informed of the paid parking situation, this should have been explained at the time of confirming the booking. I hope my feedback is taken constructively and helpful
