Excellent emplacement dans la vieille ville. Parfait pour une étape à Rethymno.

Location was superb. Very clean bedding and room.

Didn’t like the fact that I saw not one single person in the time I was there. You would think that if you are in the hospitality industry a face to face greeting would be essential. But no, they text you and give you a number if you want anything or if they can help. Bring back someone who can really help with advice and things to see and do . Customer is king. Single beds pushed together and then a double sheet across just creates a long dip through the centre of the bed. Not ideal and not very comfortable. Bathroom tiny. That’s fair enough but badly laid out. I couldn’t even get to sit on the toilet properly. Shower was nice, plenty of hot water which was lovely. Lighting needs improvement, quite dark even with all lights on. And finally. Please supply a bottle of water in the fridge. This is the only hotel in four years of Island hopping around your beautiful country for four weeks at a time that I have not seen a bottle of water in the fridge. It’s a small, cheap addition and for ninety euros per night not having water in the fridge is just not good enough.
