The property was in the perfect location. The unit itself was cozy and the area was quiet, especially in the evening. The only suggestion I have to improve it would be to add more towels.

My family and I had an amazing time at Cocoa Beach, and this property made our vacation even more enjoyable. The pool was wonderful, the beach was just a short walk away, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Having access to paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even flashlights for nighttime beach walks made our stay so convenient and fun.The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. You can tell the owners truly care about their guests and take pride in their property. The groundskeepers were friendly and kept everything spotless throughout our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and the next time we’re in Cocoa Beach, we’ll definitely be booking this same property again. Highly recommend! 10/10!

We enjoyed it! We found everything we needed and appreciated all the beach gear to borrow. Pool was excellent as well. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having beach towels provided.

The condo was clean, and the location was great—just a short walk to the beach and pier. The pool area was fine, but it closed early and opened late, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, an okay stay.
