Cocoa Beach Club is such a great location. Access to the beach, pier and pool make this the perfect base. The apartment is clean and well equipped and great value for money. Patricia is an excellent host making everything easy.

This condo was clean and ready to go for our family. Communication was easy and check in was simple and we were allowed to check in a little early as well. We liked the floor plan and it being located on the first floor. It had all the extras that we may have needed i.e. condo supplies, beach chairs, boogie boards. The pool is fabulous and the new boardwalk on the property was very nice as well. We love Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Beach Club and this condo

It was very clean and I loved the location! Family was down there a condo away and 10 mins away. We had a great time! The beach was a hop skip and a jump away. The only downfall was that the pool closed so early and was very strict about the rules. We felt like we were being watched all the time.

This is my third time staying at this condo unit and it’s excellent every time. I love the management keeps the common areas peaceful and respectful. I appreciate this unit provides everything I need for the beach (umbrella, boogie board, towels etc.). Thank you Patricia for the hospitality. We hope to be back again sometime soon!
