The location in the old city, the space and design, the modern kitchen, laundry equipment shop in the apartment. Service is very good, we were answered for every question.

I booked the loft apartment because of the skyline, but the view was mainly roofs. I rather have one bedroom apartment where kitchen and bedroom are separated. Blanket and pillows are not the best. No reception, so more complicated to order, or storage in the last day. They have storage at the entrance and we had to call to enter again after check-out. Taxis ordered from the location is difficult. The service is good so they ordered for us.

Great amount of space, comfy, location good for access to old Montreal, clean, and nice kitchen amenities.

Even with drapes closed, bright lights pour in around cracks all night. Need blinds or better coverage of entire window. Makes it difficult to sleep. Also, there was NO recycling available!! Need to make recycling access for visitors. Would also be helpful to have locations of markets for nearby groceries or pharmacies.
