Location and size of apartment. Good beds.
The rubbish pick up in the laneway everyday at 5am!

It was an old restored building, really nice in the actual unit. Heat worked well. High quality warm bed, nice shower. We did not use much of the kitchen but they had bottles of water and some snacks. There is also an elevator with gate/door that works well. They also had a bassinet ready for us for our 2 month old baby. It was overall perfect. I wish we were able to stay longer.

Good location on Old Montreal next to Rue St Paul - easy walking to historic Notre Dame and close to cafes and restaurants. Everything you needed - clean, quiet (surprisingly given city location) and modern apartment on 2nd floor.
A little far from metro (closest 1km) if walking an issue

Location
Noise. Our unit fronted on a narrow, congested alley at the rear of the building that was the site of 30 or so individual dumpsters that served surrounding restaurants and businesses.
Garbage trucks came by at 3:30 am and 6 am to empty the dumpsters, after they had first been dragged along the alley to the trucks. My wife and I were awakened each time this happened. We will not return.
