Great location. Walkable to many touristy attractions, close to grocery stores, shopping bakeries… Nice city and slight river view. Good sized rooms, good shower head pressure. I appreciated that they allowed me to leave my luggage in the storeroom for a few hours before my flight time.
I did not like the pillows on the bed…went very flat. I did not like the ceiling of the room and the bathroom… very odd looking pieces of black painted plywood or styro-board??? I did not like the hair conditioner and I did not like that the bathtub would not plug and hold water. I did not like the dark hallways (floor 16). Another Alt hotel I stayed in in Newfoundland was bright and energetic, this location was much darker and plain.

Pretty clean
Pillows way too soft. Bed sheets limp. One of three elevators working. Occasionally elevator took long time to arrive.
