Apartment with balcony within a residence with shared swimming pools and large green spaces, located in Sirmione.
The house is located on the ground floor, and welcomes guests with the living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, television and fully equipped open-plan kitchen; through a French door it is possible to access the private balcony equipped with table and outdoor chairs, overlooking the residence garden.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom instead consists of a bunk bed with attached wardrobe.
The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
The shared swimming pools are open from 1 May to 30 September, during the following hours 07:00-22:00. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

Starting from the city's historic walls, you begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaliger Castle and its Darsena. For cycling enthusiasts, it is possible to take part in an itinerary discovering Lugana Wine whilst pedalling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the thermal centre offers everything needed to regenerate and find serenity and wellbeing, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow hot from the bottom of the lake. Also not to be missed are Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events and the marvellous beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.
