Amazing beach front home with space enough to spread out. The area under the deck needs a good clean out but that wouldn’t stop us from returning. It’s just hard not to track in sand when walking back through it after washing off. Also, the vacuum cleaner and dust pan are in need of replacing. The ice machine is absolutely wonderful!!! We had an amazing time, overall.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place with lots of room for our family! We were able bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the place when we arrives, but soon realized no matter how much we tried to keep the floors clean, it just doesn't happen in a beach house! We were notified last minute that we had to move our cars or be blocked in for one day of our stay, but I dont think that normally happens. Coastal Views was very responsive and accommodating when the A/C was cuddling in the hallway. Overall, a beautiful, usable space!

Very nice home, right on beach as described. New construction. Great view. Host was very prompt with the one issue we had.

The house and view were amazing.
