Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Bologna, close to everything.
Sonia, the owner, was an excellent communicator and considerate. Her daughter Francesca welcomed us at check in. She speaks excellent English and was smart, professional, and very helpful with recommendations for exploring Bologna. Ana, the custodian, was also very kind and thoughtful.
They kindly allowed us an early check-in and stored our luggage after check-out, which made our visit much easier. We felt very welcomed, private, and safe throughout our stay.
The accommodation is modern and well-maintained, with an excellent shower and elevator. The complimentary gourmet desserts, cakes, yogurt, juice, and fresh fruit were also a lovely touch.

Great location, 3 min walk to the main square. Lift available. Very clean apartment, with daily cleaning. Very comfortable bed. Continental breakfast, fresh fruit, coffee making facilities provided. A very welcoming host providing an overview of the main places of interest and very responsive to any enquiry.
Nothing to dislike

Amazing location with everything needed for a short to medium time stay
The pillows were not great and no alternatives were in the room.
