Clean, easy to speak with staff with quick response times. Self check in instructions were really clear and helpful. Good pillow and bed. Bottle of water in room with selection of snacks and coffee capsules for use in the common area. Quiet - couldn't hear any road noise, although the night I stayed there was a police helicopter around which I could hear whilst in bed though this was due to a protest so not understood to be a normal occurrence.

Shower head holder was broken so had to hold it whilst trying to wash. No hand soap provided.

The property was clean, comfortable and very modernised. I only spent my night and morning there but it was perfect for one night. What I was particularly impressed by was the staff interaction. I was on the train an hour away from Bologna when they contacted me to say that I hadn’t checked-in yet but they quickly sorted it out for me through a quick exchange in about 15 minutes. They later recommended the best place for breakfast and how to get the bus from the train station (Bologna station is very confusing).

It was perfectly fine but one thing I found in Italy is that even though I could connect to wi-fi in accommodation it didn’t actually work. I had to use my data plan everywhere which was sometimes problematic.

Creative description of property and facilities. External bathroom for room 3 which you had to walk through the communal dining and lounge area to get to and unlock to use. No robes provided as stated in write up. Unlimited tea provided in communal kitchen area; only 2 coffee pods for duration of stay. Bed & breakfast not provided at property. Despite communal kitchen and dining area you are provided with vouchers for 1x hot drink and 1x pastry per person at 3 locations in the city; both of which are inexpensive to buy. Whilst stylishly presented, we did not witness the large communal space used at all of which most of the facilities listed in the description are in this space; not the rooms. As a result, not value for money as a result of the above.
