Tru By Hilton Jacksonville Airport

Convenient to the airport, had a great dinner at the restaurant next door.

Warm friendly staff

Proximity to restaurants is close. Cozy feel. Nice breakfast selection. Friendly staff. Shuttle to the cruise port and back to the hotel if you are coming back after or to the airport

Only thing that is a little hard is if your not driving trying to cross that 6 lane street is a bit hard to get to the restaurants.

The front desk had snacks you could purchsse.

I asked for an extra blanket. And when I went down to retrieve it, the front desk employee told me that they didn't have any. Seeing that this is a hotel that had many many rooms with bedding in them. I found that hard to believe and frankly, was truly upset. So I doubt that I will return to a Tru hotel again. And that's too bad that one person's, (What? I don't know. Poor work ethic???) to get me a basic need for comfort, wiill sit with me now everytime I go looking for a hotel.
