Acadia Village Resort

Friendly helpful staff, great new mattress helped me sleep well.

Old marred furniture needs an update, several of the light switches did not work. One bulb was even missing on a table lamp.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We saved money by having facilities with a full Kitchen and a Washer and Dryer. The property is located close to a Shopping Center. BONUS: Located approximately twenty minutes' drive from all Acadia National Park Entrances. Don't expect a 'Resort' Pool and Spa. There is a standard Swimming Pool and portable Jacuzzi (one that you would have on your home deck). The Jacuzzi has seen better days, but it does the trick. The Fitness Room is an 'At-Home Gym '; if you work out, you can figure out something to do. There's a Pickleball Court. :) We enjoyed our stay at Arcadia Village Resort

Be mindful of your neighbors, as the walls are thin. Also, keep in mind that there are no elevators. So, if you're on the second or third floors, you will be carrying your things up the stairs.

Rooms were clean. The living room was spacious and had a kitchen. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained.

The carpet was okay, but it could be improved.

Location was perfect for areas we wanted to travel to.

Worn out furniture , walls, pink mold on shower head. Limited supplies. Unit was over the maintenance/housekeeping and very noisy as sound for doors etc traveled through thin walls. Could hear neighbors which sounded like someone was coming into the unit. Laundry was not in unit but in shared hallway. Steps in the unit were cracked and poorly patched. Basically road side motel quality. Not a resort. Not as advertised. Too expensive for the level of quality. Intake staff were unpleasant.
