The hotel/motel was okay overall. It's about 40 min to get to Acadia.
I found a hair in the towels. The Aircon was loud.
Don't Stay the ground level; people will wake you when they get in their cars in the morning, as the parking is in front of the rooms

Short ride to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park
I would have liked a larger bathroom with more space to lay personal items.

There was contactless registration all done by text.
Good location, clean and quiet.

Minimalist design, pretty quiet, did not hear noise from other rooms. There's an excellent Mexican restaurant right next door.
In the first room, the toilet did not flush. We switched to a different room, and in that room, the tub did not drain and my partner had yucky water to his ankles and had to exit the shower. Some surfaces did not look clean.
