We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our family time. The house is very charming and beautifully decorated, the perfect beach home with a view of ocean, sunsets, and palm trees. A very short drive to visit the San Diego zoo, Pacific Beach and all the local attractions. We appreciated the beach accessories that were available too! We would definitely recommend a stay!

Beautiful house, exactly as pictured. Everything is newly renovated and both the front deck and backyard were so nice to sit out and enjoy the San Diego breeze. It was a perfect location for a weekend ladies trip. If you are looking for a nice, quiet getaway, this place is the place to be. Also helpful that the hosts were also super communicative and quick to respond!

We had a wonderful month staying at Carter Cottage. The home is so lovely - spacious, beautifully designed and decorated, and comfortable. It's very clear the owners take great care of it.The outdoor spaces (front deck and private back patio) are amazing, too. The location is ideal for walking to Sunset Cliffs and downtown Ocean Beach, as well as so convenient to all of San Diego's attractions. Ashlyn was so responsive from initial contact to checkout. She touched base with us throughout our stay to make sure all was well.I'd definitely recommend staying here, and hope to return again someday!
