This was a great house for our family get away with 6 adults and 1 four year old. We really enjoyed having four bikes to use during our stay. We rode them every day. The beach and the pool are a short walk-maybe 7-10 minutes depending on how slow you're walking. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and glassware along with things to bake in as well. However, there are no pantry staples at all, so come prepared or be prepared to shop. We arrived by airplane so we did some shopping. There are also no beach/pool towels/chairs so bring your own or plan to purchase them. We sat on the back patio every day. It really was a great place to hang out while grilling or just relaxing. If you arrive by plane like us, you can rent chairs/umbrella at the beach and they set it all up for you which is nice. It was a few hundred dollars per day for 5 chairs and an umbrella. My adult son called ahead and made a reservation for the beach chairs. We would definitely come back to this house and this area for a family vacay. Shops and dining options are all walkable. We did drive to Publix for groceries.

This was a great house perfectly positioned in between Alys Beach and Rosemary. The management company was one of the best we have ever experienced! They left amazing towels and yeti cups as a gift and were super friendly when I asked some questions. The home is perfect for family as we took the downstairs room while kids had the whole upstairs with plenty of room and a gaming area for the boys. The kitchen has all you need to cook if you want! We met the owner briefly bc she wanted to get into the garage and she was lovely and ended up bringing us a bottle of wine for any inconvenience-which it wasn’t. We had the Hibachi guy come who cooked on the back patio where there was plenty of room for our cousins who came for dinner. I would def book this home again!
