The house is great! There were some things not really mentioned though. 1. Do not bring beach chairs. You have to rent them. 2. Only bring a backpack cooler.

This house is Great!! Super Clean, spacious, great layout, loved having the washer and dryer right next to the master suite on the 2nd floor! We have 5 preteens/teens and everyone had their own spaces. Super quick walk to the pool and only a little further to the beach. The bicycles were a hit, all the kids in the area ride bikes at night. We would definitely stay at this house again! We Love this neighborhood and have visited previously. Thanks for sharing your home!

The apartment itself was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy, homely touches. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils but did not have basic condiments like salt and pepper. The knives unfortunately were quite blunt, which made it hard to cut any fruits or vegetables. One of the highlights of our stay was the location. Situated right in the heart of the city, we were within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, charming cafes, and all the major attractions. Despite being centrally located, the home was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone planning a vacation at Rosemary Beach! We really enjoyed our stay!

Bed downstairs in 2nd master was extremely uncomfortable and hard. Also shower head in downstairs master was broken and spray was in a jet form. Zero toilet paper or paper towels anywhere. In houses in Seacrest we have stayed had at least toilet paper in the bathroom. I understand we have to restock for the rest of the stay. But None whatsoever, come on. Check in is at 4pm no matter what, no early check in even if the house ready. Definitely not what I am used to- if the house is clean and ready we should be able to check in early. 4 pm is late!
