Beds were extremely comfortable, and very spacious. Was very clean & well kept, breakfast cereals ect provided. All cleaning product provided which is great. All bedrooms have tv with Netflix ect on it. WiFi was also available in the property. Which again is a must with a toddler. The house is Local to shops, ect. we went for Alton towers. 31 minutes drive was perfect with a 3 year old. We will definitely be back :)
Need somewhere to dry clothes, Bathroom could do with a revamp but nothing major that we didn’t like about this property. All in all we had a great time staying. The only thing I’d say was a down fall was the noise from the neighbour, shouting/ arguing and loud music. Especially when guest had been asked to keep noise to a minimum. Thankfully it wasn’t all night.

Ease of the coded front door, the beds were so comfortable, own TV in every room, the lamps made it so cosy, the property smelt lovely and clean. The shower had great water pressure and there were 2 toilets on the ground floor. The location is 8 minutes walk from a big Sainsbury's and Aldi and a nice park for the kids. Neighbours and everyone walking past were so friendly and said hello. Nice decoration throughout the bedrooms, hallway and dining room.
The tap in the kitchen sprays everywhere and needs changing, soaked us when washing up, a tad tired looking bath and tiles, black mould round the taps on the bath, toilet seat lid kept falling off and the seat needs tightening or replacing. Blinds were broken in almost every room.

The staff and the owner were very helpful and diligent.
The staircase forced us to stay downstairs often - too steep. There was no bathroom on the upper floor, therefore, it was too risky to walk down the steep stairs half awake at night to use the bathroom!

It was big, well located and instructions were great.
Stairs are steep.
Cleanliness was an issue but host offered to come reclean if needed. Good communication.
