Plenty of space, lovely Master bedroom and ensuite.
Well appointed kitchen and lounge. Excellent having the upstairs lounge
Big garage able to git a Ford Ranger (with tow bar removed) and Toyota Prado together.
Very close to shopping, cafes and restaurants
Bedroom 2 is ok for a couple albeit tight and bedroom 3 is more suited to children.
Not the hosts problem but Uber Eats or food delivery seem to have trouble finding the home for delivery so meet on the roadside….. unless you want to feed the neighbours.

Nice new townhouse in a quiet street close to Merivale mall . Very spacious with good bathrooms and good heating . Loves the underfloor heating in the bathrooms
We found the TV difficult to operate .. lots of others were still logged in .. no instructions and no live TV .. we did use Netflix by using our own account .
No coffee machine or plunger or teapot ??
It would also be a good idea to have pillow protectors on the pillows .
The cavity slider between the garage and house was broken .. we did manage to close it .. as it was quite cold ..
