Great location, friendly staff and clean room.

This was absolutely the perfect location for our stay as we attended an event at The James Hay Theater just across the road. Lots of bars and restaurants within an easy walk. The room is well appointed with separate washer and dryer. Little kitchen supplied with all you would need to prepare a meal. Microwave, cook top, dishwasher and fridge . The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. The whole room and surrounds were spotlesss.

extremely good value

Our room was large, modern, and well equipped. Big bed, clean and spacious bathroom. Very nicely equipped kitchenette, The location was good - across the road from the town hall, close to many cafe and restaurants. I was surprised to learn that the hotel opened 2 years earlier, as the condition of everything was so still so good - I thought maybe it had only opened a few months ago. The check-in staff were particularly kind to us,allowing to check in early by several hours. This was not expected, but very welcome. I would certainly consider staying there next time I am in Christchurch - it was very comfortable indeed!
