Springhill Suites By Marriott Kalamazoo Portage

The staff were very helpful and happy. Upon arrival, the individual at check in gave all the helpful information about the building. Very family friendly and a great price.

The room was lovely and the bathroom was spotless.

Check in was super easy. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Great glass shower. The soap and shampoo products smelled very nice. There were a lot of children in the hotel which deterred us from using the pool and hot tub and made the breakfast area a little chaotic, but the hotel kept up well. Breakfast had individual spinach egg quiches, biscuits and gravy, and the typical toast offerings and waffle iron. The staff were very nice and were working hard. Overall happy with the stay.

Great hotel the only complaint I has was the breakfast was not as great as I thought it would have been. Pretty basic breakfast. If you like eggs and sausage you’ll be happy but other than they they just have yogurt cereal muffins and bagel. Not a bad breakfast just not my preference.
