Beautiful home with large bedrooms. Short walk to beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again. The pool area was very nice but the pool in July was very warm in the afternoons. Felt more like a hot tub but breeze at the beach and by the pool was very nice. Beautiful beach and clear water. Very nice neighborhood and the house has two bikes that we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood and it also has a golf cart that came in very handy.

Great house in a great location to the beach. Having access to a private beach with beach service was great and definitely worth it.

Our stay here was great overall. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is wonderful and is such an easy walk to the beach. We did have children and babies with us and the layout of the house was not the best for that but we made it work! We also had some issues with the golf cart, like other people mentioned. We went to a restaurant nearby and it started slowing down significantly even though it was almost fully charged. After that we kept it charging every time it was in the garage and we didn’t have any issues. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We had a great week overall, and the house itself was clean and in a good location. However, there were several disappointments that made the stay less enjoyable than expected.Only one TV in the house was a smart TV, and none of the other rooms had cable access. The listing advertised that the house sleeps 18, but the kitchen and dining setup were not equipped to comfortably accommodate that many people. There was not enough seating or serving capacity for a large group. The biggest issue was the kitchen. It was by far the least stocked kitchen of any beach house we’ve stayed in. Basic items were missing — they didn’t even provide a cookie sheet. The cookware that was available was in very poor condition, and the appliances felt very basic and low quality. Most of the utensils were plastic, and even though there was a grill, there were no grill utensils or cleaning tools provided. We ended up having to purchase several kitchen items ourselves during the trip because of how limited the supplies were. While we still enjoyed our vacation, the kitchen amenities were very disappointing and did not match what we expected for a home of this size.
