We loved this property and the convenient location! Everything was as described and close to the things we wanted to do. I will note that this is a bustling city location and the nightlife can go until 2am. If you are seeking solitude or quiet before the bars close, this might not be it. If you are a heavy sleeper, on a girls/guys trip, there for the nightlife, or just want to be close to it all with amazing accommodations, then this place is absolutely perfect. The host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive.

The lofts were both historically cozy and beautiful. Clean and plenty of space. Great location. Walkable to everything downtown. Great stay!

Awesome location if you are looking for something convenient to downtown. Rooms were perfect with that old Wilmington charm. Host was very responsive and made our stay very relaxing. Emanuela made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely put this on our “A” list of places to stay.

We were in town for a girls trip and the house had everything we needed and is an excellent location for exploring Wilmington. We used the parking garage behind the building and just left the cars there as everything was easily walkable. The building is an older building and the apartments have a lot of character. They are also well appointed with essentials and fun extras. We loved the vinyl and the record player! The host communicated well and made everything very easy. We would absolutely stay here again.
