This was our annual girls trip but our first time staying in Ellicottville and this place was perfect!! We loved the open floor plan and the hot tub was clean and worked great!! We had planned on a campfire but then never ended up having one. However, there was plenty of firewood if we had decided to have one. Jody was great at replying right back (like within 5 minutes) to any of my questions both before the trip and during our stay. That alone says a lot and I was impressed by that. Thanks so much for everything!!

Great place to unwind.

Cozy, semi-rustic home within a short drive to town. Loved the fireplace and provided firewood. Also enjoyed the hot tub. As mentioned previously, the well water has quite an odor when showering, etc, but the provided water cooler was perfect for drinking water. Note, if you plan to watch movies, etc, be sure to take your own Roku, etc as there was not streaming availability. Enjoyed our stay!

Loved staying at the is property this weekend with friends. The location is perfect, only being 5 minutes away from the town.
