Easy location to drive to
The accomodation was great but the outside areas could do with a good water blasting to brighten up the property.

Room was very comfortable, reception was very pleasant and check in was easy.
Riccarton is not perhaps the most exciting part of Christchurch, but it is central and easily accessible.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was great with the kids-we could spread out and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots places to eat close by and some well within walking distance. The apartment was very clean as well.
No complaints!

It was away from the busy road noise which os a top priority. It was nice and central and was warm.
The ammonia smell was quite overpowering. Even with leaving the windows open it was still strong.
The bed was firmer than we are used too, which is not anyone's fault.
The soap dispenser over the bath did not work.
The button on the cistern would stick down and we would need to do repairs.
The fan in the bathroom was automatic snd very noisy and would go for about 10 mins after leaving .

"Wonderful stay on our last night in NZ! They did upgrade our room too, so we had a room each on our last night which was great!
Very comfortable clean accommodation. Would absolutely stay again!"
