This host was fantastic. Very communicative and accommodating. The property is located close to all main attractions.Only complaint and applies to those who would be sleeping in the living room pull out couch: our guests had trouble sleeping due to the bar across the street. We did NOT have this problem in the bedrooms, though. Also, this was on a Friday night. Thanks Deborah!

Check out procedures presented a problem that took too long. Host needs to provide an emergency direct contact number - not through VRBO. The key storage box failed and there was no “Plan B” for returning the key. Maybe provide a plan along with the second set of keys inside the condo. This situation was very stressful considering the time delay in getting to the airport on time.

Great unit! Great location! Hosts are super responsive. We really enjoyed how you can walk to everything you need.

Anyone complaining about noise - it’s located downtown… if you want the convenience of being downtown, expect downtown noise. First downfall was our truck didn’t fit in the parkade, we probably would have chosen a different location for more secure parking had we know that. Second downfall was the dryer didn’t work. I didn’t realize until after I threw our clothes in the wash. I specifically booked a condo for the laundry but spent the evening blowdrying wet clothes as we were leaving early in the morning and my kids didn’t even have dry pyjamas to wear. Other downfall was master bathroom garbage had not been emptied since last people checked out and there was as some gross spots on the throw pillows. Otherwise everything seemed clean!! We didn’t eat or do much at the condo but it seemed well stocked! Host was very responsive but just said that she hoped the lack of dryer wasn’t too much of an inconvenience, we were not offered any compensation.
