The location is great. You can see the bay from the windows. Right next to fisherman's wharf. Rooms are clean and spacious.microwave and small fridge is great . LOVED the bidet hahah.
Hot tub and pool facilities were also fantastic
Note that it's a 20 mins walk to most places. I dint mind since it's a lovely walk
- the coffee maker was weird. Only two coffee pods per room so you need to get room service every day or catch someone for extra. The coffee was kinda bad. Would have been better with k pods or even just regular coffee in a common area.
- small gripe but the pillows weren't super comfortable but that's probably just my options. Others might be happy with it.

The location was great, right by fisherman’s wharf with about a 15 min walk to downtown. They had a free shuttle to and from downtown. Parking was made easy with the underground. The room was very comfortable. Loved the hot tub/pool/sauna.
The only thing that I can think of was I was surprised that you had to pay $21/night for parking or $26 if you were not a Coast rewards member. I wish this was in the fees of the hotel already.

The hotel itself was great — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff who were working were kind and professional despite a difficult situation. You can tell it’s normally a wonderful place to stay, and under different circumstances we would have loved it.
We arrived to find that workers were on strike — something we were not informed of by Booking.com before our stay. Because of this, the restaurant was closed, there was no room service or breakfast, and crossing the picket line felt uncomfortable. We specifically booked this hotel for its amenities and dining, and would have made a different choice if we’d known. For nearly $400 per night, we feel we should have been informed and hope Booking.com will offer a partial refund for the unavailable services.
