We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in the heart of Nice. The location could not have been better—everything was within walking distance, including the Old Town, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful from booking through check-out. Communication was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while exploring the French Riviera. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nice. Five stars all around!Much love, from Canada.

Very nice place in a great location. It has everything we needed. Definitely recommend it. Nice that it had an elevator.

Pro: Excellent and convenient location. Very quiet. Modern and clean. Con: Mattress foam topper makes sitting on the edge of the bed almost impossible. Not well suited for anyone with « mobilité réduite »

Wonderful location, spacious accommodation, easy access to tram, train station, beach, vieux Nice, great restaurants, attractions… Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.
