Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th stay at A Place at the Beach, but our first time in this unit. It was comparable in size to others we have stayed in and sufficiently comfortable. The living room furniture smelled a bit of mustiness and perhaps pet? There was also limited kitchenware compared to what we have seen in the past. And finally, an entire closet was unusable because of a locked cabinet. I know this is common as I'm sure the owners use this space, but it definitely made the stay less comfortable for a family of 4 for an entire week. I don't prefer to live out of my suitcase. All in all, we always love to stay at A Place at the Beach and appreciated the size and comfort of this unit for the week.

Very clean and well kept. Lovely view of ocean and the pool/courtyard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean and well stocked. The view was amazing. Would like to have an elevator closer to the unit, but overall it was wonderful

The elevator broke on our 2nd day we were on the third floor and one family member has back and leg issues.
