Property was as described. When we return to Miami, we will consider it again.

I did not use the kitchen for my overnight stay, but it would have been possible to prepare a meal. The apartment was very clean, and had modern appliances and fixtures. It was small, but very adequate for our overnight stay. Air conditioner worked well, and bed had a memory foam mattress/topper. I felt safe in this location. I think the apartment was an excellent value for the price paid, and I would stay here again.

The location was GREAT (easy to get to the airport by 3:30am the next day). The place was clean, cute, comfortable and as described. It was not the host's fault, but on Thanksgiving night a VERY LOUD party raged right next door until well past midnight. It felt as if it was in the same room. We barely slept 2 hours - a complete disaster and big disappointment for us.
