Very nice unit. Nice complex. It was clean. Short walk to the Ritz Carlton beach. We had some electrical issues while we were there, and maintenance never came. Outlet in bathroom wouldn’t work, so I had to do my hair in the hallway. Coffee pot wouldn’t work the first day. We moved it to other outlets still wouldn’t work. Then we turned on the dishwasher and it came on all of a sudden. WiFi also took about 7-10 tries to get it to work the first time. Then it was spotty. Had to use my hot spot most of the time to get my computer to have internet.

We chose this property for its great location near Turtle Bay and as a central hub for the activities we were planning on the North Shore. In that respect, it was ideal. A short walk to the Ritz, and all of the amenities there was awesome, it was quick to get to Pupukea & Haliewa or Kahuku & Laie and nearby beaches. Best of all are of course the myriad awesome beaches nearby. On the downside, and these are observations that might be minor complaints for some people: this place has a rather complex air conditioning system (multiple HVAC units) that made it challenging to balance comfort with noise and effectiveness. The TV in the master bedroom was non-operational. There were no kitchen linens to be found, and when we communicated this, we received a midday message the next day, "We're here to bring your kitchen linens...". We are on vacation in Oahu and out enjoying the island. No further communication about the issue, no offer to come back later, didn't just leave the linens on the front porch ... so we used bath linens in the kitchen for the duration. The pots and pans have seen better days, and when they get replaced, probably best not to buy brands that are coated with PFAS materials that readily chip off into your food. Some more details about the details would also be nice - multiple instructions to not hang beach towels on the beck rail, nothing indicating that the unmarked black fob opens the pool gate, not the key on the ring. Enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay at. The pool was great, the space was fantastic, and the host was super communicative!

The location on the North Shore is great but i wish i would have done more research on reviews before selecting this unit. For the price it has very low budget furnishings, the master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the master bathroom had one outlet and it was inoperable. i found this noted in reviews from 2 years ago after we checked in. The check in notes need updated to reflect changes in the keys provided etc. the items for use at the beach appeared to be left behind by prior guests - there was one broken beach chair that we left at the beach. i did appreciate the washer and dryer and the kitchen is nicely updated but small things lack a lack of box of tissues or bath mats would help. the photos show white clean linens but we arrived to gray thin dorm style comforters. rough paint jobs made it feel run down. The tennis courts were nearby but never was able to play because we never saw a person to request rackets etc. the window was always closed. The communication with the property manager was good but we asked about the beach chairs and they were brought on our last night so now the next renters should have new ones
